Malawi is a very faith based nation and this aspect of the culture simply cannot be left out. Working

alongside local churches and involving community leaders enables us to embrace the culture of Malawi and

engage the community in helping themselves to rise from poverty.

Reducing poverty starts with the children. The children are the future of the country and by giving them the

best possible chances in health, education and home life they can grow to reach their full potential and

bring positive changes to their own families, communities, country and nation.

We do not see people as statistics; ‘just another person living in poverty’.

We see all people as individuals, all with different stories to tell, needs to be met and hopes to be fulfilled.

We want to give all individuals the time, love, respect and help they need to transform their lives, reach their

potential and impact their communities.

We strive to treat all aspects of a person. This is essential to ones health and well-being and improves

quality of life. When Jesus healed the man with leprosy in Luke 17 he not only healed him from the physical

disabilities and emotional trauma of having leprosy he restored him socially, back into the community. In

doing this he allowed the man to see God’s love and compassion at work, allowing him to enter into a

relationship with Him.
